From the South: 
Take I-25 to the 84th Avenue exit.  Turn right on 84th and immediately get into your far left hand lane.  Turn left on Grant Street.  Turn left onto Russell Blvd and pull into the parking lot on your left.  SERI is in Suite #100. 
From the North:
Take I-25 South to Thornton Parkway.  Turn left on Thornton Parkway.  Turn Right on Grant Street.  Turn right onto Russell Blvd and pull into the parking lot on your left.  SERI is in Suite #100.
